Shipping Policy

When your order is placed it takes 3-5 business days to process before shipping with the exceptions of the Holiday Season/Preorders. Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details including tracking number with a USPS link to track all orders. Be sure to enter the correct email address, that is the method how order confirmation will be delivered. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive once you have received the tracking number if within USA. Be sure to provide the correct mailing address during checkout, once the order is placed Nada B Artistry Cosmetics may not be able to change it right away. If a change does need to be made please contact us Via contact page within 24 hours of placing your order.

Nada B Artistry Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customers inaccuracies. The shipping method used for all orders is via USPS. We are not responsible for shipping deliveries that maybe damaged in transit once packaged has been shipped.
